Exercise is one of the three pillars of health and naturopathy. In our technical society this is unfortunately something that too often falls into the background, we do not move enough. Also within the movement one can distinguish three large groups of training: cardio, muscle strength and/or volume and flexibility and coordination.
Zen Your Life offers a number of group lessons in Groot-Bijgaarden, such as Pilates (ideal for strengthening abdominal and back muscles), Body Firm&Stretch (local fat burning, muscle strengthening and stretching) and Hatha Yoga (the basis of all yoga forms). Or you can come and do individual exercises on the vibrating plate (ideal for quickly strengthening certain muscle groups or to support a diet or anti-cellulite treatment).
