Local fat burning and muscle tone
Body Firm&Stretch is a group lesson aimed at local fat burning and muscle tone. The exercises focus mainly on the arms, leg muscles, abdominal muscles and glutes. The exercises are twofold: muscle strengthening and fat burning, all this to the rhythm of the music and with a touch of humour. The lesson consists of 45 minutes of sweating and 15 minutes of stretching.
Local muscle strengthening and flexibility, maximum reduction of local body fat, a feeling of well-being and mental and physical health.
Participants should wear comfortable sports clothing. These exercises are done barefoot.
