Zen Your Life - Groot-Bijgaarden - Body Firm&Stretch Body Firm & Stretch exercises focus primarily on the abs and glutes. The exercises are two-fold:                   spierverstevigend and stretching.

Participants wear comfortable sports clothes. These exercises done barefooted.
